Are you trying to model it or machine it?

Can you share your design so far? I assume this is a segment rather than a circular saw blade? Are you following an existing part design?

It would be better to use the screenshot program built into your OS than using a cell phone.  Capture the entire screen.

Export your file by going to the File menu and selection Export, then select Archive files (*.f3d) and attach the output to the thread.

Are you setting every other tooth the opposite way?

To paraphrase Jimmy Cliff (EDIT: Johnny Nash of course was first!)..."I can see clearly now the Moire is gone...." Ok, so it's just this section you have not finalised?

Can you attach your file?

p.s. Set refers to angling the teeth off parallel, not the direction they are cutting.

Probably not the best way but you can construct a 3-point plane and sketch a cutting tool on that plane

Sketch4 is not fully defined.

Did you notice a color difference between Sketch1 and Sketch4?

And the usual practice is to Pattern Features rather than sketch elements in most cases.

TheCADWhisperer_0-1680354105812.png

This is where we will start...

Sketch5 is not fully defined.

Sketch6 is not fully defined.

Sketch10 is not fully defined.

Seeing a trend here?

As I start over from scratch - the first thing I encounter is a dimension that seems "odd" to me?

Then I see a bunch of repeated dimensions - at any time you are duplicating work you should stop and ask questions.

Get lazy - let the software do the work for you.

Examine the Attached file...

Notice the simplicity of Sketch1...

TheCADWhisperer_0-1680355138761.png

Notice that the sketch is black (fully defined).

Blue sketch entities should keep you awake at night.

What would have been the best way to do this?  My bad I didn't see that you posted the answer to this question.  Very new to all this.  Thank you for this help.

Is this what you want to do:

etfrench_0-1680375317607.png

It's just a simple sweep of the small triangle.  Start with a Plane on path.  Create the sketch. Project the faces. Draw the triangle. Sweep.
