Trying to cut out a rectangular notch in sketch

Hello all,

I'm very new to Fusion 360... I've basically only used Tinker for the last year or so. I've sketched up a model that I'd like to cut a notch in but can't seem to get it right. I think it has to do with the planes and/or constraints as I somewhat understand them. In tinker I could just create a box and drag it where I need it and select "hole" then "group". I'd like to actually learn how to do this in Fusion 360 as tinker is very simple yet limited. I've attached the Fusion file as well as a photo of what I'm trying to accomplish. There are 4 notches that are centered around the origin... each 3mm x 6mm and around 8mm deep.

So in fact... I'm not even sure how to upload the sketch here as there are no local files so to speak.. perhaps we can start there? sorry guys.

I think I actually figured it out but thank you for the export instructions!!! what I did was create a new drawing on a VERTICAL plane then did a two-way extrusion from the origin. This seemed to work well.
