Trapezoidal triangle? That sure sounds like an oxymoron to me!

 

Are you talking about these? They're just lofts from one sketch profile to another.

Hi, 

Yes, you are right. I am in need of this structure you are mentioned above. I am using Autodesk 123D, and I am new to it. Can I make this design using this? if so please suggest me some ways.

I can not help with 123D. Autodesk does not offer it any more. I only know Fusion 360.

The modeling workflow in Fusion 360, described at its most basic level, is like this:

 

1. Use the Sketch tools to draw one or more two-dimensional representations of the features/shapes you need.

2. Use the Create tools to generate three-dimensional geometry from those sketches.

 

So I sketched top and bottom representations  at the right place, used the Extrude tool to create the cylinder, and used the Loft tool for each "trapezoidal triangle" hole.
