Trace Path at same depth Single pass

Good afternoon,

I've created a trace path to follow some single line Text.  The path needs to plunge and stay at the same depth when making the cuts.  For some reason it seams like for some letters it's fine, like the "H", but I noticed especially on the word beautiful that it must be cutting at multiple depths.  The bit creates a small groove on the sides of the cut when cutting.  I need the same depth during the pass to maintain that groove.  I'm not sure which setting needs to be adjusted.  Please see the attached f3d file and thank you all for such amazing support!

i opened your model, simulated the toolpath and then captured the finish part.  This creates a STL file which I then converted to a solid. You can open the attached model and if you zoom up on the toolpath cuts you can clearly set that your depth of cut is constant across the complete part.  The STL file is exported to a different scale from your model but I scaled to a close approximate size so do not take the measurement as gospel, just use it to verify that it is machined to a constant depth.  Model is attached.

Lesson learned, make sure the bit is secure!  Seems the bit slipped during the last run.  The tool path does travel at the same depth.
