Title block - data missing

When opening my drawings, data in title block and dimensions is hidden.

Zoming out, I can see there is some thing, but zoming in again - it's hidden.

When I move my mouse around/over the title block - it shows the data.

Any settings which causing this issue?

Hi @DanMartlev

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble. This sounds like a potential graphics issue.

Could you share a screenshot of the problem with us? Also, please can you share your graphics diagnostic with us?

Hi Clint

Strange – I closed the drawing, and when reopening, it’s all there.
I have experienced this before… and now, I can’t recreate the issue with this exact drawing.

But the below is from one of my templates – which right now did the same!

The below shows another issue – my logo should be in blue, and I see it (short flash) when I open my file, and the it turns Black!

Hi @DanMartlev

None of those images attached to your post, unfortunately.

But I'm glad that you are sorted. There are 2 things you can try the next time you see this issue.

1: Clear your cache

2: Look at your graphics setup. Several months back, Microsoft changed the way that graphics cards are managed, meaning that tools like the NVIDIA control panel no longer control which apps are optimised for your graphics card! I write a handy guide to help you get set up here: https://clintbrown.co.uk/2022/07/27/troubleshooting-dual-graphics-cards-on-windows/

It still happens - but randomly. I can't see/find - if it's a special action I do, besides just open my drawings.
