In the upper left corner of your screen click the down arrow next to page symbol and then select Export....

Give your file a Name.

Pay attention to where on Save to my computer the file is being exported.

Reply to this post.

Click Attach and browse to the location of the exported file.

Click Post.

Clear as mud?

Your question is so basic that it indicates you haven't gone through the learning videos. https://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/

Basic workflow:

  1. Create sketch
  2. Draw foam outline
  3. Draw text.
  4. Extrude foam outline.
  5. Open CAM workspace
  6. Create new setup
  7. Create toolpaths for text.  You can use contour, pocket, engrave, or trace toolpaths depending on what look you want.
  8. Create Post Process

Here's the video.

Note the extra step of exploding the text before extruding it.

CAM and Model workspace units are separate.  My CNC is setup for inches, but most of my modeling is done in metric.

The contour select button doesn't do anything.  It shows how many contours are selected (by clicking on the individual contours).

You need to create your personal libraries to match the tool bits you have.  The easiest way is to copy a sample tool into a library you create.
