Taper on flat surface

I'm working on a wire clip piece that has a taper from the top to the bottom.  It measures depth (thickness) wise .11" and tapers to the other end at .06".  I traced the shape and extruded it but I don't understand how to make the taper go to the other end.  Attached is my Fusion file.  Any help would be appreciated!

Sketch2 does not have any dimensions and is not symmetrical - but I would suspect the Design Intent is for symmetrical geometry?
