Sweep Command Error

I would like to make a sweep using a NACA0018, with a helix curve i made using coil tool. When trying to sweep, the body is swept the way i want but it causes these segments to form in between. This might not seem as an issue but during CFD analysis its causing some error due to it. I want to remove these faces being formed, but delete command is not working.

Attach your Fusion 360 model, not a STEP file of it.  Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive.  Attach that to a reply post.

If it were my work the profile sketch would be perpendicular to the start of the helical path and the path would not be created as you did it.

So making a plane perpendicular to the path was a model type we did. but we need parallel sweep and thats where this error is coming

how would you create a helical path then?

I don't believe it.

I don't think you understand your profile - I could be wrong, but I doubt it.

does this work for you?

what i meant is, we did a perpendicular sweep using plane along an axis as a validation model for analysis. Now we need a sweep where every cross section of the blade should be NACA0018. That is what i meant.

i deactivated them. In a video from youtube, they mentioned it. Would it cause the error i am speaking because of it?

Thank you so much, this is exactly how i wanted it. I never thought about using the sweep command like that. This is new for me. Sorry if i caused any confusion.
