Suppress operation in the timeline with a parameter

Hello everyone

Is it possible to suppress or reactivate an operation in the timeline with the help of a parameter?

Does anyone have any ideas?

No, that is not possible. I am not entirely sure what you are trying to accomplish, but my best guess is that you are looking for a feature set that is called "Configurations" in other CAD software packages.

This is currently in beta test and might be released late(er) this year.

Hello

Thank you for this information

I want to create a variant model that controls multiple variants with one parameter.

I have now managed to do this in a roundabout way, but if I could activate and deactivate operations in the timeline, the task would be easy to solve.

Hallo

Christoph_Fusion360_0-1689421431731.png

So far, I have been able to control such tasks with the help of a table

                                                           Hole                d1

Block 100 long without hole         0                      100

Block 150 long without hole         0                      150

Block 100 long with hole               1                      100

Block 150 long with hole               1                      150

Using the Hole parameter, I was able to enable or disable the operation.

If I inserted the component into an assembly or derived the component, I was able to select the variant.

If they mean something similar by "Configurations", then that would be exactly what I need.

Thank you for your efforts.

Hello

Thank you very much, I searched for modifications on Youtube at Inventor and found videos with Inventor iLogic.

This seems to be exactly what I'm looking for and is also listed in Fusion's roadmap.
