Fusion 360 fails to insert DXF file?

I'm trying to open a dxf that I exported out of fusion a few months ago for use with our plasma cutter. When I try to open the file I get an error; 'Fails to insert this DXF file!'

I don't understand why this is happening, seems like fusion should be able to open a file that it exported. Opened fine on the plasma cutter software. I just wanted to make a couple minor edits and can't find the original file, so I figured I would just pull the exported dxf back in, but to no avail.

Are you using Insert DXF or are you uploading to your hub?

Using "Insert DXF". Also tried "Open". Same error either way. Never had this issue before.

I think both of those use local translators. Try uploading the file to a project on your hub, may be the cloud translator will work. Can you share the DXF here?

Uploading to the hub worked. Wonder why insert didn't, I've opened hundreds of dxf files that way before, never had an issue before today.

Now that you mention it, I just tried a couple others that I've opened before and I'm getting the same error on all of them.

Just another of the countless fusion bugs, I suppose. Something to add to the ever-growing list of things for the fusion team to look into.

There is another thread with a couple of people with the same problem. Still works fine for me so could just be a corrupt update, with any luck the next update might fix the problem.
