Stretch an object sideways

I want to stretch a body in a parallelogram-way. I have a body that serves as a tube-plug style feet. The tube has an inner diameter of 45x45mm. The plug file is attached.

Now I cut the tube not with a 90 degrees angle but with 85 degrees and the plug needs to be modified accordingly.

As a second option I cut the tube with 5 degrees on each of the two sides, and the body now needs to be stretched with 5 degrees to both sides.

I tried around for several hours, but find no solution. And drawing this from the scratch seems difficult.

Dear Guenther,

thank you so much for replying. It might work in practice, if I change my tube cutting at the feet to be 90º. That is an option, but the model I have made now has a tube cut at a 85º angle, all is welded together already and only the feet are missing => the shape is not exactly what I expected.

I am currently redrawing all by hand using the Sweep feature to sweep along a 85 degree path. This works but sucks because I cannot use any smart or simple tools like patterns or revolve, as the whole structure is not symmetrical around the path.

For illustration of what I expect from a transformation, I am also adding the current design.

1. you can realize any desired angle

2. note that the cutting profile varies depending on the cutting angle

If you set things up right in the beginning, you can build it to angle automatically....
