STL import join problem

I would like to draw a box and a few components inside.

First I have designed the components and exported as STL.

When I import into the box project them I am facing with two problem.

-imported object 10 times bigger than it originaly was

-I could not join to any face/component, it has a blue color with a mesh

Problem has been solved with insert meash.
