Smoothing BREP created from STL

Hi all,

I'm trying to modify an existing part but as it is generated from an STL it's a collection of flat faces even as a BREP. I'd like to make it smooth. For context of the screen grab, it is a hollow cylinder with an internal thread designed to fit over a vacuum cleaner hose.

Many thanks.

Make your brep body with Fusion tools, using the stl for reference.

Might help....

Attach your stl file and can you File>Export your *.f3d attempt to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply if you can't figure it out.

That's really kind, thanks. I'll have a copy this evening at doing it myself
first and then come back if I fail.

Cheers.
