Sketches

Hi, I'm new to fusion. I'd like to know if its possible to sketch on a surface or move it around. So when you click on sketch, the 2D lines automatically go to the XY, YZ, or the XZ plane. How can you move that around so as to get it on a different area, at an angle, or on another surface?
