You sketch must be a plane normal (perpendicular) to the Auxiliary View.  The video will explain.

Thanks. I know this is the way to do it, but the thing is - it does not work. And I am pretty sure it should, because the sketch is in the right plane.

BUT, if I do it in the way described as "Option 2" in this manual - it does work. My conclusion is, it's some sort of a bug.

Please attach your MODEL so the Forum users can take a look by making their own drawing view.  You also refer to Option 2 in this manual, please identify a link to the manual you are referring to.

If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

Hi, I've edited the post, because the link was missing. I can send you the file, but unfortunately would not like to share it publicly.

The method outlined in Option 2 is simply a Named View created in the model environment with a sketch.  It works just fine when creating the drawing using the Named View.

Yes, and than the sketch shows up proving that the sketch is in the proper plane. But it does not show, when using exactly same plane and auxiliary view option in the drawing environment.

I have given you proof it works in all views with two videos.  You keep disagreeing but offer no video to prove it does not work.  My guess is you are not using the correct process. Post a video showing your process or post your model or a new model showing the same problem.
