Hi Nathan, Thanks for your reply, but did you try moving the Sketch Palette when the Fusion windows is not at full size?
Under these two conditions the arrows will not come out.
For Apples only
1) My Dock is hiddened on the right of the screen
2) I do not use full size because I cannot. My Dock is on the right side.
Your videos are made at full size Fusion windows.
I show you a screen shot here. Yes at full size Fusion windows the Palette will bounce back then the arrows will show up. But not at my two conditions.
All your other mentioned functions I already knew.
I think the Palette should be made as a preference selection, and the Constraints command should be placed back to Sketch. For smaller screen like my 11 Inch I7 AIR, it is convering a lot of space. It is not efficient to close it or bounce it. The (-) is even worse. Once i used that to collapse that to a banner, all the other boxes or dialog boxes that came out will be collapsed also. You should try that yourself. This screen shot is taken after I tried to move the palette to the right side of the screen. At not full size windows. It did not bounce back with the arrows. These arrows only come back at full screen Fusion windows maybe with the dock at the bottom. This Sketch Palette slows down my daily workflow and I believe more advaned users who are using them for commercial designing everyday would prefer to have them not selected.

Please have a little patience and try the palette under my two conditions. Also try the (-) signs. Then try to activate other dialog boxes after that (Extrude, press pull commands etc.)
Just like Auto Look At Sketch, for more advanced users we turned that off for more controls.
Thanks for listening and trying. It is 5:30am in our morning now. I work hard everyday at designing etc.
