Sketch elements don't move using move/copy command

As you can see I followed what I believe to be the proper procedure but my sketch elements won't move.

Are there any blue lines? 

Are there any white dots?

Are there any missing Horizontal or Vertical constraints?

Are there any missing dimensions?

Are there any dimensions?

Are there any missing Horizontal or Vertical constraints? I removed all from the elements to be moved thinking is might be the problem

A couple of things here:  

  1. you have geometry dimensioned to the origin
  2. if you don't explicitly de-select the origin, it will try to move that, which is fixed

In sketch move, if any fully fixed geometry is selected, nothing will move.  See the screencast below.  If you delete the dimensions to the origin, and de-select the origin, the sketch will move:
