Hello, I have problems performing simulations on Fusion360 the resolution of the simulation remains stuck at 1% for hours without giving a result.
Do you know where this problem came from?
- My Fusion 360 is updated
- I tried it on online https://fusion.online.autodesk.com but still the same.
- I also tried it with another computer but still stcuk at 1%.
- There is no status of "fail"
- My internet was stable

And another occurrence of this. If anyone can have a look at why my account seems to be stuck at 1% I'd be very grateful.
Sorry, but this shows how Cloud based simulation can really suck.
I am also having the same issue. All of my cloud simulations are getting stuck at 1% for the past few days. Is there any way to clear the upload queue myself?

A change was made to this service a couple days ago that should have fixed these issues. Can you please restart Fusion and try running the simulation again and let me know how this goes.

The team looked at your que and they didn't see any issues. Please resubmit the job and give it time to get in the que.
If after an hour, the job is still in the que, do NOT cancel the job. and reply to this thread. This will help engineering.

How long has the job been in the que? Have you tried to cancel the job and then restart it?
If so, please leave the job in the que and let me know. Then I’ll ask the team to look at your que.

I have tried to cancel and restart, no luck. I have left it in queue for an hour too.

The team looked at your que and didn't see anything. Can you please restart Fusion and submit the job again.
Can you confirm that you're on the latest version of Fusion 2.0.18719? On the top-right corner of the screen click on the ? > About.
If the issue persists, please attach your log file for Fusion. Here are instructions on how to obtain the log files.
