Simulation - Specify a Deflection

Is it possible to specify a deflection in a simulation rather than a load?  I have a component that I need to deflect a certain amount and I would like to know how much force it takes to do that.

I realize that I could adjust the force and run the simulation a few times.  The issue that I have is that the simulation takes a long time to run (more than an hour).

Do a prescribed displacement and the retrieve the Reaction Force.

Thanks for the tip.  Unfortunately I do not know how to do that.  I found an article stating that one could right-click and select "add" from the menu, but this option does not appear when I right-click.

Guess I missed the screenshot.  I will give it a try.
