simulation solver error

I am trying to run a simple simulation to determine the best extruded aluminum profile for a 22N camera on a boat.  I am coming across this error

I am trying to simulate is a 72" pole attached to the back of a boat.  This is the profile.

Hello Alan,

it looks like that there is probably a problem with  camera body (voxel mesh) could you share your design? Without mode is really difficult to identify the Error.

Ok, I was able to solve it with Aaron Magnin's help.  The trouble was being caused by the weird profile shape.  So he suggested to re-generate the mesh using 4% of the model volume under mesh settings and that worked!
