Simulation and Design Optimization for welded panels

looking for a tutorial for optimizing the design of a welded assembly of steel shapes reinforcing a plane of steel; ie, tank sides, concrete forms, retaining walls, boat hulls, sheet pile loading docks etc.  Looking for anyone who’s done a tutorial on the work flow of designing studies of various forms of welded steel panel stiffness?  Thanks for any replies

Here is an Autodesk University Class from on simulating welds.

Not exactly sure from your description that's what you are looking for, but its a start.

thnx

For anyone exploring the use of FEA/Simulation/Design optimization using Fusion 360 applied to assemblies of welded panels/diaphragms/reinforced sheet designs: the video link (above) makes clear this is not happening today.  At some future time, when the application suite becomes more widely used and the tools refined- perhaps this will emerge? But in today's version(s) this use of Fusion is not realistic.
