I've lofted from a rectangle on one side of the main body to a circle on the other in my LearJet wing tank, then shelled it to form a tube for a cable to pass through. But on printing I find it's blocked at each end. Watching the printing process it looked initially like it was forming supports for the upper parts of the tube where they join the outer skin, but on double-checking there's no supports enabled in my PrusaSlicer code, and cutting out the blockages with a scalpel shows that they're not loose like support structures would be.
I know my model is full of bad practices but, apart from this lofted tube, it's printing exactly what I want. Can anyone identify why the ends of the tube are blocked, please?
