SHELL function ERROR

Hello!

For the last weak I have been trying to make a SHELL out of the body. The body has been created using LOFT function! When I try to make a SHELL the Error pops in! I have tried to redraw the body several times, but did not help! SHELL function works normally for less complex shapes. I there any way to simplify bodies geometry? Screen recording is in the attachments!
