Sheet metal error on flat panel

Hi Folks

I'm making a simple tray. flat with 4 flanges and features on the flanges and I keep getting this error when I try and generate a flat panel should I just start over again and see if it works or is something wrong here that I'm not seeing? 

Error: "Failed to identify sheet metal faces for some edges. Ensure the body is a valid sheet metal body that keeps opposite faces separate".

You have joined the corners where it needs to unfold.  Video will explain.  I did one end and that model is attached.
