Shape Optimization - Error Singularity at grid 1360 Component 2

Hello,

I tried to to shape optimization for load engine bracket, however there is an error of singularity at grid 1360. Is there anyone could help me? here i attach pic of the error and my fusion file.

Hi @Anonymous,

You might be getting singularity error because you have preserved the region and applied boundary conditions at the same place. 
Applying the Boundary conditions (Loads, Constraints) will by default preserve the elements around it, So no need to apply preserve regions again around it.

In your attached model, after suppressing the Preserve regions i was able to solve the study successfully.

Below image shows the preserve regions i have suppressed.
