Saving Selection Sets for Sketches?

Hi! I'm a new user learning Fusion 360. I've created a medal/badge in Illustrator and saved it as a SVG, then imported it as a sketch in Fusion 360 (will be 3d-printed). Works fine, but it has quite a few details (texts etc.) and it becomes kind of tricky to select each "plane/detail" manually every time I want to create an extrude..

Is it possible to select different parts of the sketch and then save them in a 'Selection Sets' (or similar)? Would make it easier to go back and make edits..
