Save As drawing with new referenced design file

I have a series of parts that need drawings and they only differ slightly in a couple of dimensions.

I want to be able to Save As the drawing and design with a new referenced design file name, is this possible?

Is there any other way to change a drawing referenced file?

I don't want to start over for each drawing.

Why has no one responded to this? I had this issue yesterday. I have a sheet set "drawing from design", but in my basic model file, I did a "save as" and made some changes so I could have both available at one time... When I open my sheet set back up I want to reference my new drawing. 

Basically like a "xref" for AutoCAD users.

The ability to copy a Fusion 360 model and its related drawing(s) was added a version ago.  Right click on the model, in your Data Panel and then select if you want the related drawings copied also.  Once copied, you can rename both and move on, they will be linked.
