Hmmm....I have created a very siomple shape and then tried to use Rule Fillet, and Fusion crashes every time when selecting "rounds". Can someone exaplin why this is happening?

That sure looks like a bug, I get the same result. I will follow up to get it looked at by the team internally. If you can share the geometry you are trying to achieve, I'd be happy to look for a way to get it done so you can progress with your work.

Hi Nick,
In the example that you had shown in your screencast, the edges between the vertical (patterned) boxes and the top surface of the first box would have to be fillets. The edge of the first box that is broken by adding the vertical boxes would be a round. Of course this shouldn't lead to a crash (I actually got into a non-responsive state), but I was wondering if it is an option for you to do this in two operations!? If yes, then you can add the fillets first followed by the rounds (screencast below).

Yep, that works, thanks....I thought it good to bring up something that made Fusion hang up, in case it was a bug.

Thanks Nick - this is going to be fixed in our May 25 udpate.
Most recent update has brought back the dreaded fillet crashes again.....very sad day 😞
