hello... i am trying to create a round arrangement.... unfortunately i had the problem again and again, that either an error message appears... c- arrangement or it funkioniert but nothing happens... I have made a video where you can see what I mean...

the dialog box for pattern doesn't show in your video, so we really can't see anything useful.  you could export your model as an .f3d and attach.

Cut the single body first, then pattern bodies.

actually i want to do it this way because i think it's faster... but it doesn't work....

can't see it exactly... you created bodies ? did you delete the other bodies before ? but can't you explain to me why this doesn't go through elements ?

Simplest method would be to draw the half lap cutout in Sketch3 and exclude it from the extrusion.  After that, combine/cut that body from the ring.  Pattern the combine/cut feature.

we can't tell from the video, and your latest attachment doesn't seem to be exactly the same file, but I would guess that the combine feature you are patterning is cutting a notch in the side brace?  in that case the pattern isn't working b/c the combine is set to cut from a particular body.  it's not going to cut from other bodies.

I also don't understand why you have each side brace as a separate body.  are they not all identical to each other?  make one component and pattern the component. see attached model
