Rotate and sweep simultaneously

Is it possible in Fusion 360 to rotate and sweep simultaneously.

This is a model of a hypocycloid globoid worm gear.  The gear pattern needs to rotate at the pitch of the worm.

These threads should provide some pointers that can help solve this problem.

For example if you sweep the tooth-profile around a circle and use a spiral as the guide rail for the sweep that could work.
