Root Origin of Imported STEP File Not Aligned to Normal Planes

I imported a STEP file and the origin (root) does not appear in the normal (default) position.  Appears to be a few degrees off the normal axis. Make it difficult to move the contents of the file to a know 0,0,0 location.  I have added three attachments that show this issue.  How can the Origin be reset to normal?

Please attach the STEP file and someone will be able to help you.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

Gentlemen,

Looks like this was a self inflicted wound.  I downloaded the STEP file a second time and I was able to orient the assembly to the root origin using the Modify>Align.  Most have done something wrong the first time.
