Assembly contexts and keeping them clean

I'm having some trouble with these. they haven't been a problem until this job where I've designed al the components then tried to sue them in 2 different assemblies, This is the error I'm getting at the moment.

"Cannot resolve some component positions because there are conflicts with assembly relationships in the design.  Inspect existing joints, rigid groups, or tangent relationships."  Mostly I can find the source of some warnings and fix them but I'm having trouble with this one and it's happening in a few assemblies now.  It says what to inspect but I don't know what I'm trying to find, it all looks normal.

Edit: added in an example file.

Before using an advanced feature such as Assembly Contexts, my recommendation would be that you familiarize yourself with a few more foundational principles. Fusion 360's R.U.L.E #1 is one of those.
