It's a bit hard to tell just from the picture. However, my suspicion is that the sketch that this text is placed on has its normal facing in the wrong direction for your intentions. Right now in Fusion there is no way to reverse the normal of a sketch. Are you planning to cut or join the text into your model? If so, then the easiest way to correct this is to create your text not as a cut or join, but as a separate body, then use Move to rotate the body into the right orientation, then use Combine to do the Join or Cut with your model.
Interestingly enough, I think that this is the first time I have seen anyone that needed to have a sketch or workplane's normal reversed! Usually, the normal of a sketch doesn't matter at all.
If the text is just decorative, I would be tempted to use Decal instead of sketch text. So, just write your text into some image file (.PNG, etc), and use Decal.
The last way to do this, and it's admittedly a bit kludgy, is to put the text into a separate component. So, create an empty component, activate it, create a sketch in that component, add your text, close the sketch, then rotate the component. It works, but is not pretty...
Thanks for the post
