Rendering with blue backlight

Hi

I was certain Ive done this before but cant make it work atm..

I want to render a image where I have blue LEDs behind a sheet..

I cant seem to get blue light, only white??

I have tried LED and A Type bulb and then changing color on them but they are still bright white??

How do I simulate a bright blue light?

You need to turn the environment almost to 0 lux. Then slowly increase the LED from their default 100 cd / m^2 up tp factor 10.
