Rendering gallery error...

Hi,

I have a problem to reach my renders that I've rendered using the cloud function. When I click the small thumbnail of the render I get the following message: "Your rendering could not be loaded because an error occurred.". It has worked before and I really need to get it to work as soon as possible for a school assignment.... 😕

I experience the same problem! Is this something with your servers?

You might be able to access these renders through your personal A360 hub as described in this thread.

Hi , I actually have the same issue.

I tried through the web access.

The problem is I can have access to ONE render (the last one) which has been launched. The 12 (!) other ones are just nowhere... 😕

It's OK, i'll explain to my CEO that i cannot render for some reason...

Yep, same problem here...Can't access the completed rendered image from Fusion. 

Still enjoying the wonders of Fusion 360 though 

I trust in the team to work it out!
