Render function not working - keeps hanging and locks entire program

Good day, I have been struggling with Fusion when trying to render fairly simple items.  I have used 'Local render' for a couple years and that is what I have been trying this past week but it will not work.

Every time I try to render, it just freezes when I click render, the screen goes a shade 'white' and it just sits there doing nothing.

I have updated fusion, restarted multiple times.  Tried while working online and offline nothing is changing this.

Running a Dell precision 5560, with 1 tb storage, 32 gb ram. 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11850H @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz

has anyone else had this issue, and if so how did you get fusion to actual render?

I tried a local render on my machine and experienced no problems or delays.

Did you save the design before trying the local render?

Usually designs are saved automatically, after clicking on "Render" but maybe that's where it hangs. Total speculation 😉

Hi Ash,

This could be a file-specific or geometry-specific issue. Please share the f3d file here. The forum experts can help take a look at the rendering issue to understand it better.

Many thankS!
