Removing Overlaping lines in sketch

I usually convert hundreds of photos into sketches. Therefore in every photo, I use different commands like line, spline, arc, etc. I am facing a problem when I try to select them all at once and offset it gives me an error and when I look one of them may be having overlapping lines. then I have to look through each of them individually and that is **** tiring. Do you have any kind of suggestion?

Within Fusion360 there is no option to do that. 
If you have AutoCAD you can use OVERKILL
