I created a Metal square tube body. I sketched an area on the top of my model. The sketch is for chunks of the body that I want to cut out. Can't figure out how to remove one side - the split body and split face cuts the Whole body. Also I can't select the inside lower square.
Did you try an extrude. Select closed area. Blue on sketch. Then extrude however deep you want select cut and object to cut and done
Are the sketch and body in the same component?
Why are you using Fixed geometry?
Why are these dimensions repeated?
What measuring instrument will be used to measure 2.4074854?
What manufacturing process will be used to get 7 decimal places?
I think there is an easier technique - but it will require starting over.
Why repeat the same geometry?
Let me know when you are ready to start over.

Not sure what happened to the OP, but for those who come along looking for tips on Frame Design see the Attached file that is fully defined sketches (easy to edit) with simple dimensions that the shop floor fabricator/welder can easily measure.
If the OP returns we can look at the cuts at the top of the Corner Braces (which will similarly be simply defined in a way that the shop floor fabricator/welder would work).
Edit: Not sure where the OP came up with the 20.351 dimension - I suspect it is a rounding error for a desired Angle of the braces as I don't think the shop floor fabricators/welders are going to be working to .001 of an inch.
Alternative - Build Envelope Technique Attached...
The opacity of the envelope can be adjusted as desired.
I normally have a keep in or keep out, sometimes a center plane envelope.
Pardon me
The reason the dimensions are repeated is because I want the Corner Tubing to remain locked into their respected corners even if I make changes.
I have this problem solved and locked in place.

You should ask questions much earlier in the learning effort.
Hopefully you have not developed any bad habits that will now be difficult to overcome.
You are doing far better than most beginners - but going the long way around.
Go through the two files that I attached (especially the second one - Envelope Technique) and reproduce the steps yourself (ask questions). When you have completed that we can move on to the cuts at the top of the tube.
