Trying to create these relief cuts but keep getting errors in manufacturing and attempting to create the toolpath. I'm attempting to do two 2D profiles (first for the relief cuts and the second for the outer cut). The outer cut profile alone could work fine.. appears to be just the relief cuts that I'm having the difficulty with.
Both of these brackets should be the same. I created the one on the right and then copied and paste the second. I also initially designed the bracket larger than what it was actually needed and then scaled it down. All of that appeared to work fine. again was just the relief cuts.

Hey Thanks John! Im not sure what you did to remove the errors. Any explanation would be great.
I was actually coming here to comment that I may had figured it out and use the "thin extrude" function under 2D profile. I looks like that would work however after looking at your updated file I definately like that resolution better.. just not sure how you did it so I can replicate it.
On another note I set up a simple file for some test cuts that I did yesterday. Not sure what I did differently but that test cut file seemed to work ok. There were some errors but it still generated the tool path and published and worked fine on the cnc table.
But any explanation would be great. Thanks for all this wonderful insight!
There were two main things I changed, one in the Setup and one in the geometry selection. You had one cut declared as a closed loop and one as an open loop, I made them both the same. I added points of entry to prevent any off path start. You already have the model.
