Hello Anyone,
I am designing a desktop CNC, just had a crash, after restarting I open the recovered file and notice that the base plate of the Z axis that carry the spindle is now missing. I didn't save this version yet because I am trying to check if the light bulb indicator is maybe off but can't find the body or component. I am now trying to recover from previous versions, I know for sure I saved many versions, infact the lost version is 168. I know I can just redesign but would rather some step by step instruction how to open or recover from previous versions. The old version of A360 seem to have had all working copies, (A360 redesigned website is very slow and now I cannot see my files unless I enable WebGL) I am not sure what to do. I have one other person from Autodesk linked to this project but hate to annoy because he seem to be a very busy man. There are no pictures because I am trying to keep it private. How can I be sure requested help comes from autodesk employees an not just anyone on the forum.
Thanks
