Recent Fusion 360 update - changing parameters results in errors

Although this questions is quite specific, I am hoping perhaps there is a more general / generic answer.

A couple of years ago I followed this excellent tutorial online by Adafruit, which teaches the beginner how to model a very well designed box with snap-fit lid, e.g. for housing electronic components.

The project is fully parametric and therefore I saved a template, which I have duplicated many times over the last few years to create boxes of different shapes and sizes, with different cutouts.

However today I fired-up my template project and changed one of the size parameters (height / width / length) and it gives an error. Screenshot below. It relates to mirroring the feature on the side of the lid (the little nub in the side).

Here's the exact error:

I can't understand the cause of this one.

It definitely worked in previous times and I also tested with other boxes that I derived from this template, and I get the same errors.

Any clues?

UPDATE: not resolved, but after playing with it for a while, it appears that it's nothing to do with parametric values.

If I open the project from scratch, and simply edit the "mirror" operation then press ok without changing anything, I also get the same error: "No pattern instances could be intersected with the original body. Try adjusting the pattern settings, or changing the selections". So I guess that the act of changing a parameter essentially re-runs the mirror command, which now fails.

I don't know if this is relevant, but the feature I am trying to mirror is simply as follows. Draw a rectangle on a face of an existing body, and extrude (cut) with a taper angle of -45 degrees to give the chamfered shape.

I don't know why, but it seems that type of feature can no longer be mirrored... I'm stumped!
