Read Access Denied

Hi! 

I am getting the "read access denied" blue banner when i try to enter my projects (online)

 

when i am offline it lets me open the the project but none of the files show up.

Thanks for sending that along! I have since forwarded the information along to our A360 team for review. I expect that I should hear back from them relatively soon.

Ryan,

 

If you are logged in as ryanc1@student.unimelb.edu.au, you should be able to access the Project Drone Stuff without any issues, because you are the project Admin. We see that the project is active. Are you seeing the Read Access Denied error only in Fusion or are you seeing Permission denied error when accessing the project Drone Stuff in Web? Can you please click on the project and see if you are seeing the error in web? And let us know as which user you are seeing the error

Hi Swathi 

From my student account i can access the designs on the web (through MyHub) without permission errors

However when i go to open it in Fusion 360 i get the read access denied message. 

I can however, Access the project on my personal account that i have shared it to.

Has there been any development on a solution for this issue? It has been quite a while since i first posted and i still can't access my designs through the account i need.

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Thanks for the nudge on this one and sorry for the delay in response!

 

We have figured out that there is a permissions issue right now with that project that came up when you had changed your email address. Right now, I'm just trying to figure out who the right team to reach out to is to get that resolved. However, once I reach out, it shouldn't be too long before the issue gets fixed!

 

I am sorry that I do not have better news to share at this time. Hopefully I will have some better news shortly! I will keep you posted with updates as I receive them!

Hi Ryan,

 

Can you please login to your myhub with student account, go to the respective project and open any design for viewing? Please keep me posted if the design is loading in the viewer or it is showingany error or a blank page. Send me a screenshot of the viewer for reference.

We made few changes to the permissions. You should be able to access the project with your student account. Can you please confirm?
