This might be down to whether you have Fusion Ultimate, you get a higher level of support if you are paying for the Ultimate version.

See this link.

Strange a payed 300 for Ultimate 2015 but I got a mail from Autodesk that I get 2016 for free but if I miss the support it's not good for me, I rather pay.

What does you about box say you have.

The problem you reported might not have anything to do with your subscription by the way, it was just a thought.

Which web browser are you using when this error occurs? Do you know if it works in other web browsers? One other suggestion may be to try clearing the web browser cache to see if that will help.

Thanks,

Hi Nathan

I'm using Google Chrome and I have done this earlier and it works ok.

Strange I got a email from Autodesk support "Case 11440761 - Re: How to use joint?"

Still it works in some kind of way?

I don't like to make more test now if this will generate a lot of support actions.

@hato54 Just to be clear, the last screenshot message you posted of error is from trying to Accept a Solution, right?  It looks like in that screenshot you aren't logged-in, would you mind trying to log-in again and see if it works?

I can confirm the creation of support case (11440761 ) from the How to use joint? forum posting. A solution was accepted in the forum, closing the case. Everything appears to be working normally. We have investigated the issue and believe that everything is working normally for your account.

The Authentication Failed error message can be related to a timed out situtation, where a sign-in or reply occurs after a log in expires. Let's move forward and if you see any problems in the future, please repost here so we can continue to investigate.

Thank you for letting us know about this!

Thanks,
