Greg, it seems you have a deleted a reference body! You should never use the delete command unless you are 1000% sure no reference has been done to it.

You need to look for it in the timeline, and undo the deletion. You should use the "REMOVE" command instead.

Ben.

Bummer.

Delete is like "throw it away" to me. Both parents were pack-rats so I really dislike clutter to the point of saying "hate".

How do I find it in the timeline if I deleted it? I've since closed the file and shut down the program, so the option to "undo" is lost. Is this what you meant?

Thanx

You are right, it doesn't matter if you use the timeline, when you delete something, it's gone for good! Since you already closed the file and reopen it, there are 2 things you can try:

1. Check if you can find it in one of the earlier versions. If it's exist in one of the earlier versions and you haven't made a lot of changes since, then you can just promote the last version with that body.

2. Check which sketch used the deleted file as reference. If you just projected the body, the lines in the sketch will be Yellow (something like that). All you need to do is, select all the lines, Right Click and choose "break Link". That should fix the problem.

3. If none of the above helps, send me the file and I'll see what I can do.

Cheers / Ben

Part of the problem is the "it". What was it? I delete a few things here and there.

I suspect it was a cap screw put on for aestetics, then I deleted, or changed the spot where it resided. Then I deleted a couple things.

Seems there's no real problem with the warning.  It only comes up when I "compute all".

It's just a waste of time trying to delete it. If it couses a problem (known), I'll take you up on the offer!

Big Thanx!

If I were you, I will be taking care of it now, before it's too late!
You never know, how "it" (they) will effect your model in the future. Trust me, Moma F360 doesn't like Yellows and Reds 🙂

IF a warning appears and no yellow icons are showing in the timeline you should run a "Modify -> Compute all".

This will recalculate your complete moel.

Whatever turns up should be addressed/fixed immediately unti  Compute all doe not return any errors.

In case of a fixed reference, if it's a sketch highlighting in yellow, you can someties find the sketch elements that are cached (showing in yellow as well) and break the link.

Yes, that's the only time the yellow warning shows, when I run the "compute all" function.

I must have deleted something that was being referenced as BeyondForce mentioned.

I think all I can do at this point is make a daily back-up off-cloud and keep my fingers crossed it doesn't create problems later.

Thankfully, I'm very near the end of this project.
