"Fusion 360 has encountered a problem and failed to complete the outcome generation"

When using the could service for generative design job, a few solutions failed and gave me the message as said in title, and other solutions finished with 1 or 2 iteration steps even though the factor of safety is 10 times higher than the safety factor limit.

The model is attached, any help would be very much appreciated.

I also encountered the same problem. The study stopped at iteration 1 and now shows as "completed" instead of converged.
