Push/pull, draft, chamfer, fillet? what to use?

Hi, I'm pretty new to Fusion, but I have been able to get around and make my models with youtube videos, but I ran into a problem that I don't even know how or what to call it, I have a cylinder that I want to joined with a ellipse (like in the pic), but at the joining edge I need to be a smooth transition and I have tried the chamfer, draft and fillet functions and they simply don't work.

I'll appreciate any help or advice.

donno. probably specific to your geometry.

can you export your model as a .f3d and attach?

The difference with your example is that the ellipse is inside the cylinders perimeter and not at the edge as mine. I need mine to be like that because I'll use the shell tool to create some sort of funnel and finally 3d printed it.

You could leave a gap then loft.

I used G2 for curvature between the faces.

you've got this little micro ledge here-

that keeps the fillet tools from working right.  you might could over come this by using variable fillet.  in the attached I projected the sketch line used in your sweep/revolve and made the major axis of the ellipse coincident to that.  that allowed for a regular fillet, but it doesn't seem like what your after.  see attached model-
