Project Creation Limit Exceeded

Hi,

Annual subscrtiption purchased, but I keep getting 'project limit exceeded'.  

I've got my serial number and product key, but I can't find where to enter them to 'fully activate' my product.

I've signed in, signed out, restarted, etc.  can't solve it. I must be missing something very obvious??

Please help!
