problem loading a file previously saved

Some days back I saved a Fusion Design file. However, now that design file is shown on the list as "(Not available)" the rotating "loading" symbol just continues perpetually....

I can easily live without this particular design file and I'd like to get rid of it but I cant find a way to delete it. Where am I failing?

Did you right click on it (the data panel thumbnail) and pick Delete?

Another thing you could try is clearing your cache, which is located under the ?Help menu as "clear user cache data". After that restart Fusion.

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks,

Hi Phil,

thanks for your reply 🙂 I did try to right-click, but the file in question did not respond to it and so the RC menu didn't show, leaving me short of options...

The problem has been resolved though - I did a deep scan for malware and one instance was found which I quaranteened. After that everything is up and running again.

Wether this is coincidence or it is related to the malware file I do not know.
