Response is not a JSON

Hi,

I have the error "response is not a JSON" when trying to open any of my designs in Fusion.

A360 doesn't open them either (I have a blank screen).

Something seems to be wrong on your side.

Thanks,

Now Fusion won't event open if I'm connected to the internet.

Happening to me too.  Must be an outage at the 360 server end.  The downside of being cloud based.

Cool, thanks for confirming that it's on Autodesk's side.

The temporary fix is to start Fusion with the internet off and activate offline mode.

You can turn the internet off?  Won't the universe collaspe if we do that?  Smiley Very Happy

I'm back up and running now but have wasted nearly an hour waiting for this to work.  Seriously, this is pretty rubbish.  I know it's free and way better than Sketchup but my time is precious to me.  If I was paying for this, I would be even less impressed.

@jonathan.skipwith and @Anonymous - we indeed had a service disruption during this time.  As @Anonymous, in these situations the best approach is to continue to work in Offline Mode.  We recognize how disruptive outages are, move as quick as possible to repair them, and are constantly looking for ways to improve the overall service reliability.

How do you work offline if your design is stored in the cloud and you can't open it during an interruption?

@fulcrumusa - the cache (which you can adjust through preferences) stores the latest verisons of designs for at least 2 weeks.  So if it's a design that has been worked on in the last few weeks, you should be able to open it in the offline data panel.  Anything that's not in this offline cache will not be available for work offline, limiting you to creation of new designs.
