Problem launching Fusion 360 from A360

Not applicable

When I try to launch Fusion 360 fom my A360 window a message comes up that informes me that my browser is trying to launch Fusion 360, and if it is not installed on my computer to download and install it.

Well I have Fusion installed on my computer and it works fine. I can open my A360 account from Fusion. I can make changes from fusion and it will show up in my A360 browser, and visa-versa. I just can't launch Fusion from my Browser.

(I use Google Chrome for my web browser.)

Which operating system are you using, Windows or Mac OS? The version of the OS will help to....

Have you tested with any other web browsers?

Thanks,

Hi mwrother500,

is expected to see this message within opening Design document from A360 dashboard:

Launching Autodesk Fusion 360.png

but immediatly after that you should see message box like this with these two options (Launch application / Do nothing):

External protocol request.png

You need to use "Launch Application" option. After that your document should be Open in the Fusion.

Regards
